Massage therapy offers many benefits from deep relaxation to pain management. Massage is perhaps one of the oldest healing traditions. Many ancient civilisations were convinced of the therapeutic properties of massage and used it to treat a variety of ailments as well as a diagnostic method.

The positive touch is truly fundamental to human communication and health. Receiving nourishing touch is a loving way to reconnect with and nourish yourself.

    Thai massage

Thai massage is a form of therapeutic touch, it is said to have been founded over 2500 years ago.  Thai yoga massage differs from traditional massage in many ways, combining acupressure techniques with assisted yoga postures. During a treatment the recipient wears comfortable, loose clothing and lies on a mat on the floor. Thai massage improves flexibility and range of motion, increases blood flow, releases physical and emotional tension and provides a deep feeling of relaxation.

Relaxing massage

Relaxing massage is a gentle flowing style massage technique promoting general relaxation through the body by balancing the energy flow and calming the nervous system. The oils used during the treatment hydrate and nourish the skin, rejuvenate the entire body and help to release tension and reduce stress.

       Osteothai

Osteothai is a therapeutic bodywork approach that blends osteopathy and traditional Thai massage.

The session combines rhythmic compression, acupressure, trigger points, stretching, joint mobilisation and fascia release techniques.

The practitioner uses hands, thumbs and elbows to apply pressure or guide movement. Movements are slow, mindful and deeply connected to breath. Practitioner focuses on deep listening of the body, treating either structural ,energetic or emotional imbalances. It’s used for both relaxation and therapeutic purposes, especially for people with musculoskeletal pain, restricted movement, chronic tension or disorder.

Craniosacral therapy

Craniosacral therapy is a holistic bodywork approach that aims to regulate the nervous system and restore the body’s inner balance. Using a gentle and attentive touch, the practitioner listens to the natural rhythms of the craniosacral system (which includes the cranium, spine, and sacrum) and identifies areas of restriction or dysfunction.

This technique supports deep relaxation, the release of emotional tension, and the activation of the body’s self-healing capacity. It is especially beneficial for individuals experiencing anxiety, migraines, chronic pain, fatigue, nervous system overactivation, or those recovering from physical or emotional trauma.

    Deep tissue

Deep tissue massage is a specialized technique that focuses on the deeper layers of muscles and fascia (connective tissue). Using slow, steady, and targeted pressure, the therapist works on areas of tension and muscular restriction, aiming to release tightness and improve mobility.

This technique is especially effective for relieving chronic pain, reducing muscle fatigue, and supporting faster recovery after intense physical activity or injury. Although deeper and more intense than other massage styles, deep tissue massage is always adapted to each person’s needs and tolerance, offering a truly therapeutic and revitalizing experience.
