Thai massage

Τhai massage or thai yoga massage is traditionally practiced on the floor (on a mat). It uses gentle pressures and stretching techniques in various yoga-like positions. The giver applies rhythmic compressions, using hands, elbows, feet and knees. Among other benefits Thai massage : offers deep relaxation & relieves stress, reduces neck tension and back pain, increases flexibility and range of motion, stimulates circulation of both blood and lymph.
